The 27th APEC Policy Partnership on Science, Technology, and Innovation (PPSTI) meeting was held from February 1 to 2 in Guangzhou, China. About 100 representatives from governments, businesses and academic fields of various APEC economies, as well as the APEC Secretariat and international organizations, attended the meeting. CHEN Jiachang, Vice Minister of Science and Technology, attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech.

At the meeting, APCTT presented its annual project plan and invited representatives of various economies to actively participate in, jointly promoting the sharing of regional scientific and technological resources and the capacity building. Representatives of APCTT also took an active part in panel discussions and exchanged views with delegates from various economies on topics including the alignment of science and technology policies and the joint development of innovation ecosystems.
