6.1 For participants who will arrive at Shanghai Pudong International Airport, you are informed that airport pick-up by the Organizer would only be available for participants to the accommodation hotel on June 13, 2018. Please fill in the Annex 2 for pick-up. From the airport to the hotel, the travel time is approximately 3 hours, depending on the traffic.

6.2 For participants who will arrive at Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport, you are informed that there may be two choices of transport to the accommodation hotel:

1) Airport pick-up by the Organizer would only be available on June 13, 2018. Please fill in the Annex 2 for pick-up. From the Airport to the hotel, the travel time is approximately 1.5 hours, depending on the traffic.

2) After arriving at Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport, you may walk for 10 minutes to the adjacent Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station to take high-speed railways to Suzhou Park Railway Station. Suzhou Park Railway station pick-up by the Organizer would only be available on June 13, 2018. Please fill in the Annex 2 for pick-up. It takes approximately 20 minutes to arrive at the accommodation hotel from Suzhou Park Railway Station. 

6.3 For participants who will directly arrive at Suzhou North Railway Station, you are informed that railway station pick-up by the Organizer would only be available on June 13, 2018. Please fill in the Annex 2 for pick-up. It takes approximately 40 minutes to arrive at the accommodation hotel from Suzhou North Railway Station.
