The airport and railways station pick-up is provided only on 6th November, 2024 and if you need pick-up, please fill in the Annex B. There are different terminals for our pick-up.

For participants who arrives at Shanghai Pudong International Airport, you will be picked up and the whole trip from the airport to the hotel will take approximately 2.5 hours.

For participants who arrives at Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport, you may have two choices of transport to the accommodation hotel:

Option 1:

Walk for 10 minutes to the adjacent Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station to take high-speed railways to Suzhou Railway Station. Then you will be picked up there and 40 minutes is needed to get to the hotel.

Option 2:

Wait at the airport for our pick-up and the journey from the airport to the hotel will last for about 1.5 hours.

Your arrival terminal building is important for pick-up. To avoid delay or being lost, please make sure that you fill out the Pick-up Form and submit it to us no later than 3rd, November 2024.
